The Matagarup Bridge..

Or as I like to call it the 'roller-coaster bridge'. The newly opened Matagarup Bridge, or as Aimee likes to call it the 'Leggo/Meccano' bridge :) Check out the two minute video showing how it was put together here. This and the relatively new Elizabeth Quay Bridge add two dramatic new features to the Perth city-scape. Above and below heading over the bridge from East Perth to the Optus Stadium which opened earlier this year..

Below you can see why the new bridge reminds me of a rollercoaster oui! This is where the Activated Art Walk that I posted about yesterday concluded. Still a little bit of landscaping around and under the bridge to be completed but already looking quite spectacular. Who remembers when I used to have a conniption fit whenever anything changed in Perth.. got to move with the times or get left behind right 😉 Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe..
