Low-Rise Pants Are Trending, and We're Kind of Into It

If we think back to the late 90s and early 2000s, the low-rise jean was an unflattering reminder of all things pre-teen and unfit. However, the latest styles are making us remember how nice it was to not have pants up to your neck.
