Even superheroes have to practise..

Did I mentioned that Aimee will be insanely bravely abseiling down one of Perth's tallest buildings early on Thursday morning this week.. all in the name of charity! The Abseil for PMH, now in it's thirteenth year is a major fundraiser for Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (PMH). Today the participants had a practice run at Statham's Quarry albeit only a, yikes, 20/30mt climb.. on the day it will be a 160mt climb down the QV.1 building, double yikes! The doctors and nurses at PMH looked after my great niece so well last year that Aimee was happy to help.. if you would like to see how Aimee's fundraising is going and perhaps make a donation :) check her link here..
