On Thursday I had a talk to give to the Rosanna Camera Club, the 4th year in a row they have asked me to talk. So I knew my best chances for some images were in the morning. Fortunately the local Ballarat conditions went from promising to spectacular whilst I was up at Lake Wendouree. This series gives a great feel for how the colour changes over a relatively short time. Deep purples well before sunrise, then changing to deep oranges and then onto to the yellows. Always amazing! And fortunate, too, as the weather got progressively greyer and wetter throughout the day.
Oh, and the talk went really well....they may even ask me back for a 5th year!
