Highlights today a female Blackbird collecting mud for her nest, a male Chaffinch in full song and a Buff-tailed Bumblebee. The rubbish piled up from yesterdays clearance of the pool has been taken away.
In the back garden still more frogs spawn and a pair of Collared Doves visited the garden.

Note:
A few Sand Martins have hit our shores and a few have been sighted inland.
