Coate Water
A trip to Coate Water today got me Five Common Sandpipers in front of hide two, also four Greylag Geese,Swallows,Sedge Warbler,Cetti's Warbler and a Buzzard. Back down at hide1 three of the Sandpipers flew down to the Tern raft, on the feeders in front of the hide two male Great Spotted Woodpeckers came in,one was trying to hide and later a female turned up,Chiffchaff and Goldcrest at the back of the hide.
