Birthday celebrations..

 February in Perth is a huge month for festivals. I feel I've neglected the Chinese New Year celebrations that have been happening every day beginning the 5th Feb. Will make up for it on Sunday at the Lunar New Year Lantern Festival in Northbridge. Today a colourful tribute to acknowledge the birthday of the Jade Emperor.
