One more positive distracting image from all the horrifying world-wide news. On Monday the @nytimestravel ran a feature on my time with the colony of sea lions of Los Islotes, Mexico. Here is another from a past trip there.

Instead of shooting in shallower waters, I dropped down to the seabed floor under the island’s eastern arch, laid down, and watched the sea lions play above me.
